By accessing and using Hostodian's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hostodian LLC provides managed website care, hosting, maintenance, and related services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Payment and Billing

Services are billed monthly in USD. Payment is due in advance. Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended. All pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hostodian's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to violate any laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.99% uptime for all hosting plans. In the event of downtime caused by our infrastructure, we will provide service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation available upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hostodian's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
